ABOUT OGN PACKAGING
OGN Packaging was established in 2011 at MIDC Rabale, T.T.C Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai. Since inception, we have been committed to manufacturing high-quality corrugated packaging solutions for diverse industrial sectors.
With strong technical expertise and structured production systems, we specialize in manufacturing inner and outer corrugated boxes, rolls, sheets, and printed cartons designed to meet industrial and commercial requirements.
Leadership & Experience
OGN Packaging is founded and led by Mr. Jay Shetty, an industry professional with over 40 years of experience in the corrugated packaging sector.
His extensive technical knowledge, hands-on production expertise, and deep understanding of quality systems form the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. Under his leadership, the company has built long-term relationships with reputed organizations and multi-national companies across Maharashtra and India.
Our Infrastructure
We operate from an independent manufacturing facility comprising:
• 8,000 sq. ft. Factory Area
• 500 sq. ft. Office Area
• Additional sister concern units
Our infrastructure is equipped with modern corrugation, cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing machinery that ensures efficient production and consistent quality.
Production Capability
• Monthly Production Capacity: 100–150 MT
• Daily Production: 3.5 – 5.5 MT
• Maximum Sheet Size: 52” x 85”
• Ply Strength Capability: Up to 9-Ply
